AdGradr is operated by Click Makers LLC ("we", "us", "our"). This policy explains what data we collect when you use AdGradr at adgradr.com and how we handle it.
Google account information: When you sign in with Google, we receive your email address and name from your Google profile. We use this to associate your audit with a contact email.
Google Ads data: We request read-only access to your Google Ads account data. This includes campaign settings, keyword data, ad creatives, conversion actions, and performance metrics. We never modify your Google Ads account.
Questionnaire responses: If you fill out the optional questionnaire (industry, account goals, reason for the audit), we store those responses alongside your audit.
Audit results: We store the scored audit output, including check results, findings, and an AI-generated summary. We also store the raw Google Ads data used to generate the audit.
We use your data to generate your Google Ads audit report and to notify our team that a new audit has been completed. Your email may be used to follow up about the audit findings.
We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your Google Ads data for any purpose other than generating your audit.
Audit data may be used in aggregate (without identifying you or your business) to develop industry benchmarks and improve the tool.
Your audit data is sent to Anthropic's Claude API to generate the executive summary in your report. This includes your account name, score, check findings, industry, and stated goals. Anthropic does not use API inputs to train their models.
Audit data is stored in a secure database hosted on Railway. We retain audit data indefinitely to support repeat audits and benchmarking. You can request deletion of your data by emailing us at the address below.
AdGradr's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
You can revoke AdGradr's access to your Google account at any time by visiting Google Account Permissions. Revoking access does not delete audit data already stored.
For questions about this policy or to request data deletion, contact us at privacy@clickmakers.io.
